At Beyond Bleaf, we’re committed to delivering a smooth, high-quality in-store experience for every customer. Whether you’re walking in or picking up a pre-order, here’s exactly what to expect when you visit us.
Shop In Store Instructions
1. Bring Your Valid ID
All customers must be 21+ and present a valid government-issued photo ID to enter. No exceptions.
2. Check In at the Front Desk
Show your ID to our front desk associate to check in and enter the retail floor.
3. Use the Self-Service Kiosk
After check-in, proceed to the self-service kiosks to:
- Browse our current cannabis menu
- Add items to your cart
- Ask a team member if you have questions
- Submit your in-store order
4. Receive a Text Notification
After placing your order at the kiosk, you’ll receive a text message when your order is ready for pickup.
5. Join the Line
Once you receive your text:
- Join the line located next to the closed display cases
- This area is also near our open display cases, where you can browse and select accessories or merchandise to bring to checkout
6. Complete Your Purchase
When you reach the counter, a budtender will:
- Verify your ID
- Review your order with you
- Add any additional items, if needed
- Complete your transaction
